Tesla just filed its annual proxy statement with the SEC and revealed it plans a three-for-one stock split.

테슬라는 SEC에 연례 대리인 성명서를 제출하고 3대 1로 분할할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

 

 

Shares of Tesla were up by more than 1% after-hours having closed at $696.69 on Friday.

테슬라의 주가는 금요일 696.69달러로 마감된 후 1% 이상 올랐다.

 

 

“highly competitive compensation packages,” offering every employee an option to receive equity, helped Tesla to do that.
